Rivington Paddlesport Club

Rivington Paddlesport Club is a volunteer-run recreational club on Lower Rivington Reservoir. It offers canoe, kayak and stand-up paddleboard sessions for adults, juniors and families. New membership is temporarily paused at 400 people, with a waiting-list route on the joining page.

Before you join

Adult beginners: Adult and family memberships are listed, but the club has temporarily paused new sign-ups at 400 members. The joining page still lets prospective members follow the Paddle UK steps for its waiting list. Club membership must be accepted before session tickets can be booked.
Junior paddlers: Junior membership is published for ages 6 to 17. Children aged 14 or under must have their adult on the water. For ages 15 to 17, their adult must remain on site. The current membership pause and waiting-list process also apply.
Equipment: Club kit includes paddleboards, canoes and kayaks. Buoyancy aids are available to borrow, as are wetsuits and cags. Ticket options distinguish between using club equipment and bringing personal kit, so availability should be checked when booking.
