Who is responsible
KanuHQ is operated by HQ SOFTWARE LTD. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 17341989.
What this website collects
The walkthrough form collects your name, work email, club name, role, club size and message.
The website may keep short technical logs needed to protect and operate the service.
If you accept analytics, Google records the public pages you visit and some button clicks. It also records when a walkthrough form is sent and how you found the site. Google may receive broad details about your browser, device and area. We do not send form fields, names, email addresses, club names or messages to Google.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, arrange a walkthrough and understand whether KanuHQ fits your club.
We use optional analytics to learn which public pages and routes help people. We rely on your consent to do this.
We do not sell enquiry or analytics information.
Your analytics choice
Google Analytics stays off unless you select Accept analytics.
You can reject analytics as easily as you accept it. Use Cookie settings in the website footer to change your choice.
Withdrawing consent stops new analytics collection in that browser and removes the analytics cookies available to this website. It does not remove information already included in earlier reports.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by hosting and email suppliers acting for HQ SOFTWARE LTD.
Google handles website data for us only after you accept analytics. Google may handle it outside the UK. Its data terms set out the safeguards that apply.
We only use firms needed to run and measure this site or reply to you.
How long it is kept
We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet legal duties.
Your analytics choice lasts up to 180 days. Google Analytics cookies expire after 90 days. We keep user-level events for no more than 14 months. We may keep reports with no user-level details for longer.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction where the law provides it.
Use the email link below for privacy requests. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.
Maps
Club profile maps load automatically from OpenStreetMap. Your browser may delay loading until the map is near the screen. Competition maps still load only when you select Load map.
Loading a map sends your IP address, browser details and the requested map area to OpenStreetMap. We do not request your device location. Map loading is separate from your analytics choice.
On competition pages, Close map removes the embedded map. This stops further requests from that map but does not erase information already received by the provider. We do not save map choices.
