Is the free band permanent?
Yes. Clubs with up to 20 active members use the whole product free. It is not a trial and no card is needed.
What counts as an active member?
A person your club marks as active in KanuHQ. Archived members do not count. Read the plain-English meaning.
What happens when we pass 20 members?
The free allowance ends above 20 active members. Paid-plan checkout is not enabled yet. Ask support to confirm your paid setup before adding more members.
Will growth trigger a charge during the term?
Changing member count does not automatically change an existing subscription. Ask support to review your band.
Does KanuHQ charge a fee on member payments?
