Is the free band permanent?
Yes. Clubs with up to 20 active members use the whole product free. It is not a trial and no card is needed.
What counts as an active member?
A person your club marks as active in KanuHQ. Archived members do not count. Read the plain-English meaning.
What happens when we pass 20 members?
Your club moves to the band that matches its active member count. You then choose monthly or annual billing.
Will growth trigger a charge during the term?
No. Your member band is checked when your plan renews.
Does KanuHQ charge a fee on member payments?
No. KanuHQ adds no platform fee. Your club pays Stripe's standard processing charges for card payments.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown on this page exclude VAT.
