Before you join
- Adult beginners
Adult kayaking welcomes beginners and experienced paddlers on a pay-as-you-go basis. Book individual sessions through the club's What's On page. Equipment, showers and changing rooms are provided. Check the next available session before travelling.
- Junior paddlers
The youth club is for ages 8 to 17 and provides equipment. It operates on an open-access basis: children may leave the premises, and lunch may be unsupervised. Parents and carers should discuss boundaries before attendance. This is not a promise of continuous childcare.
- Equipment
Adult and youth kayaking sessions provide the necessary equipment, including youth buoyancy aids. Wear suitable layers and closed footwear, and bring a complete change of clothes and shoes. The club asks visitors to avoid valuables because secure storage is limited.
- Accessibility
All On Board offers supervised activities for people with additional needs. Registration is required; it is not a drop-in group. The owner lists a junior category for ages 8 to 14 and a senior category for people over 25. Ask about eligibility and individual support. Do not assume other ages or adapted launching are covered.
- Where the club paddles
The centre is at 16-34 Graham Street, London N1 8JX, beside City Road Basin on Regent's Canal. The owner's site configuration supplies its geographic position. An area map does not confirm the gate, a launch or accessible arrival. Ask the club for session-specific instructions.
