Fife Canoeing Activities Group is a Scottish charity focused on paddlesport coaching and progression. Summer sessions use Lochore Meadows, winter practice moves to a pool, and coached trips visit rivers and the sea.

Before you join
- Adult beginners
New paddlers can attend up to three tasters before deciding whether to join. Experienced paddlers may apply directly. Coaching, social loch sessions and trips have different skill demands, so use the contact form to find the right starting point.
- Junior paddlers
Junior membership covers ages 17 and under. The club does not usually recommend lessons for children under 10 because smaller equipment is limited and winter pool sessions can finish late.
- Equipment
Members can use river kayaks, sea kayaks and open canoes during organised activity. Wetsuits can be borrowed for summer use with a refundable deposit. Availability, sizing and session charges should be confirmed before attending.
- Accessibility
Learning can involve capsizing, swimming and climbing back into a kayak. The club asks people to discuss fitness or agility concerns, but it does not publish a full step-free access, transfer-support or adapted-equipment guide.
- Where the club paddles
Warm-month Tuesday evenings run at Lochore Meadows from the club boatshed. Winter Tuesday activity currently uses Lochgelly High School pool. River and sea trips use separate destinations selected for the group and conditions.
