Adult beginners

Newcomers may visit for a few weeks before joining. Friday Family Fun Night is the summer route for trying different craft, while Thursday and Sunday sessions suit paddlers ready for a steady upstream trip. Junior paddlers

Junior and family memberships are available. Published guidance gives no single minimum age, swimming standard or supervision rule across the canoe programme. Parents or guardians should contact the canoe section before booking, with the young paddler's age, experience and preferred craft.

Equipment

Where the club paddles
